The project
What we built.
A storefront for handcrafted, customized gifts — hampers, wallets, bottles and gift sets for birthdays, anniversaries and corporate occasions.
Because almost every order is personalized, the buying journey pairs a normal add-to-cart flow with a “Customize on WhatsApp” path, so customers can send names, photos or messages and get their design confirmed before dispatch.
